If you do not start your trip for any reason or have to leave earlier, this is an unpleasant fact for the traveler but also for the room rental company without appropriate insurance, so take care: The Italian cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 ZGB: • You can cancel free of charge up to 3 months before arrival. • From 3 months to 4 weeks before arrival, we charge 3 days from the booked travel price. • Within the last 4 weeks before arrival, the cancellation fee is 100% of the travel price. • In the case of late arrival or early departure, we charge 100% of the price for the days booked but not used.
